Our main focus is always what’s best for YOU. This means that we cannot allow injured people into a group class. If you are not sure what is best for you, please feel free to call us and talk to one of our experienced Instructors who can guide you to a workout that is most suitable for you and your goals.
Our aim is always to align the body, to strengthen the core and back, to sculpt the arms and legs and to make it as much fun as possible so that you will see and feel the results and also love and enjoy every session.You can only make changes with persistence and you can only persist if you are having fun.
Our group classes are Apparatus, Mat Class and Booty Barre and are leveled 1, 2 and 3.
This class has a maximum of 6 people and one Instructor. In this class you will be challenged using the Tower apparatus, the Mve chair and Barre.
The class is designed as an overall body workout, to challenge the core, align the body and give you a fun workout. Wear something comfortable to work out in, bare feet or socks and you can bring or purchase water.
All our classes focus on develpong core and back strength, balance and alignment and stregthening and toning the arms and legs. The difference here is that we are using gravity to challenge the body placements and sometimes also therra bands or power circles. It is a group class environment with a maximum of 9 participants. Mats are provided, however you will need to bring your own towel if you like. You can work out bare foot or in socks. Grip socks and water are for sale or you may bring your own.
This class combines Pilates principles with Dance and Yoga. It is a highly effective workout set to music with a maximum of 10 participants. You can choose the Flex and Flow or the Booty Barre® Plus.
Both classes are designed to make you sweat and chisel those muscles, however Booty Barre® Plus has more Cardio and Flex and Flow more flexibilty. We recommend you bring a small towel and workout in bare feet, ballet slippers or the new Nike studio shoes.
Barrel and Bands
This fun class uses our small Barrels to give your spine an amazing workout, as well as targeting the core from a slightly different angle. We also use the Bod Bands to add additional challenges to arms and legs, and the mini rollers to stretch, lengthen and melt the muscles.
It’s the perfect wellness class with a little kick. Some Pilates experience is necessary.
