How do I get started?

Pilates clients having funTo give you the best possible start Simply Pilates recommends a minimum of 3 to 5 Private sessions to begin with.

These will form the base of your assessment and allow us to guide you into the Pilates Method and also match you with an appropriate group.

You may then choose of course to continue with Private sessions which are completely individualised, or may want to join a semi. This is a small group, between 3-4 people who are of similar ability and level.

We also offer Booty Bar classes, these do not require Privates but can be joined at the beginner level.

You can wear something that you feel comfortable to work out in, and you can choose to be bare foot or in socks for the Pilates classes and we recommend bare feet or ballet slippers for Booty Barre classes.
